In 5/6 Kearns we have been focusing on writing persuasive texts to develop and strengthen our writing skills. We have also been looking at making connections as we read by connecting the text to ourselves, other texts, and the world.

In Numeracy we have been developing our speaking, listening and mathematical reasoning skills by using 'Which One Doesn’t Belong?' By looking at different prompts, students had to reason and justify which one does not belong. After looking at some images, students spent some time creating their own. Can you justify which one is odd?
